Returns & Exchanges

We want you to buy with confidence. This policy applies to purchases from Carvanta.co.uk, operated by Mera Trading Ltd, and works alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

30-Day Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is:

  • Unused and unfitted, in its original, undamaged packaging;
  • Complete with all components, fixings and documentation.

Electrical parts and special-order items can only be returned if unopened, unless faulty.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong part for your vehicle? We are happy to exchange it for the correct one within the same 30-day window — contact us with your order number and registration and we will confirm the right fitment before sending the replacement.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email admin@carvanta.co.uk or call 07498 476786 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm the return address and issue a returns reference.
  3. Package the item securely and include your returns reference. We recommend a tracked service — return postage for unwanted items is at your cost.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days for a full refund, repair or replacement, including reasonable return postage. Claims for parts alleged faulty after fitting may require supporting evidence such as a garage report.

Important

Please check part compatibility with your vehicle registration or VIN before ordering — we are happy to confirm fitment before you buy. Labour costs and consequential losses are not covered.
