Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped by Carvanta.co.uk (Mera Trading Ltd) from our warehouse in Coventry, United Kingdom. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Dispatch

We dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options

Express Delivery — 2 working days. Ideal when your vehicle is off the road and you need the part fast.
Standard Delivery — 5 working days. Our economy option for less urgent orders.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the option you choose and the size and weight of your order.

Collection

Free collection from our Coventry warehouse (CV3 2NT) is available for online orders — please wait for the “ready to collect” email before travelling.

Delays & Problems

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day of dispatch. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, contact us at admin@carvanta.co.uk or call 07498 476786 and we will resolve it promptly.
